Job Summary

Provide assistance with general maintenance service as per the normal Maintenance Program, arrange minor repairs as and when required and respond to requests from clients or end-users while ensuring uplifting the standards of the Maintenance Process.

Duties and Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for the maintenance teams, and to distribute their daily schedule routine.
• Monitor the performance of the team and guide them as and when required.
• To provide guidance to the employees below monitor and motivated to achieve required performance level.
• Following up and checking the maintenance schedule.
• Guide the team with technical aspects as and when necessary.
• Responsible for Elevators, Escalator, Dumbwaiter and Platform trouble calls in terms of customer query and regular maintenance.
• Preparation of cost sheet and quotation for the spare parts Elevators, Escalator, Dumbwaiter and Platform.
• Sending the materials request to the storekeeper to prepare the invoice and delivery note for the spare parts to be replaced.
• Dealing with the customer about AMC contracts.
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements when the team performs their duties.
• Attend training and seminars to upgrade knowledge.
• Adhere with relevant safety and environmental standards while performing duties

Job Specifications

• Educational Qualification: High School Diploma and related technical certification
• Professional Experiences: 4 to 5 years in similar category
• Competencies:
  • Sound understanding of Preventive Maintenance of Elevators
  • Sound understanding of technical aspects of Elevators, Components and Safety Aspect
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment and parts.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.
