The group class schedule grew with exciting additions such as Aerial Yoga, Mat Pilates, and other new classes. These new formats introduced fresh ways for members to challenge their bodies, improve mobility, and enjoy a greater variety of dynamic, results-driven workouts that cater to different goals and fitness levels.
