Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

The Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant oversees the functional implementation and support of ERP, focusing on Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, RMCS, ARCS). This role involves leading a module or finance track, collaborating with IT & Finance teams, and articulating effective integration of Oracle Cloud technologies for optimal business impact. Responsibilities include Requirement Analysis, Documentation, and engagement with Business Users and IT team.



Duties and Essential Job Functions • Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules implementation, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. Configure the system to align with the organization's financial processes and requirements. • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze financial and business process requirements. Translate these requirements into Oracle Fusion Financials solutions. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand unique requirements and tailor Oracle Fusion Financials to address specific business needs. Develop and implement custom solutions as necessary. • Worked on most of the Fusion ERP Cloud Finance Modules - GL, AR, AP, Fusion Tax, Fusion Assets, BPM Approvals, Fusion Reporting tools, like OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View and BI Publisher. • knowledge in Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) implementation and configuration. • Resolve Oracle related queries & issues of customer in a timely fashion. • Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem-Solving in Fusion Cloud environment. • Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and will be able to create reports in OTBI using SQLs. • Work with Oracle to resolve service requests. • Assist in design, demonstrate, development, testing of Oracle financial modules according to the business requirements. • Design and document Oracle Fusion Financials solutions that align with business needs. Provide recommendations for best practices and optimal system configurations. • Collaborate with other teams, to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion Financials and other enterprise systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Fusion Financials applications. Provide ongoing support and resolve issues related to system functionality. • Design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with successful implementations. • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules and their integration points. • Proven experience in EFT processes and payment systems. • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Oracle Fusion Financials Certification. • Experience with multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations. • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and related technologies.
